Mr. Harman is President/CEO of Cleco Corporation. He is the original founder of Cleco Corporation. Since 1977, he has been working to build this company. It is his strong belief that there is no job or task that takes priority over "Safety". One of his primary objectives is to ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects of operations.
